Definitions
- We are Thingthing Ltd.
- Fleksy Platform is the platform we make available through platform.fleksy.com for researchers to list research studies (Studies).
- In these Terms, you or the Researcher refers to both the individual researcher using the Fleksy Platform to launch Studies and the institution or organisation on whose behalf the researcher is acting.
- Researchers use Fleksy Platform to launch online research studies.
1.Account and agreement
To register for Fleksy Data Platform, you must provide your first name, surname, email address, and choose a password. All personal data you provide will be used in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
By registering to use Fleksy Platform you confirm:
- You are authorized to enter into an agreement with us under these Terms and to conduct any activities through your account. Specifically, if you are an individual, you are over eighteen years old. If you are conducting research for an academic institution or another organization, you are employed by or a student at that institution or organization and have the authority to enter into these Terms on its behalf.
- You are using the Fleksy Platform for professional or academic purposes, not as a consumer.
- All information provided to us for registering with Fleksy Platform is accurate, and you will promptly notify us of any changes to that information.
2.Posting and launching Studies
You should ensure that your Study listing adheres to the guidelines provided.
In particular:
- The Study description must be clear and concise, following good research practices, and should state the purposes of the Study and any intended publications arising from it.
- Ensure that any additional terms or conditions included in the Study listing are clear and prominent.
3.Intellectual Property
Rights in our Content: The intellectual property rights to all content on our Website belong either to us or to those who have licensed the content to us. You may not copy or use any of this content without our permission or permission from the relevant rights holder.
